You can drink carbonated water at Arima-onsen(hot spring). But I don't think it is tasty(>_<)

Today was the first fine weather in quite a while, but the weather forecast is saying it will rain tomorrow. I feel I carry an umbrella about with me almost everyday. I was splashed muddy water by a terrible driver yesterday, so I have to be careful about "the car".
